We strive to be open and honest about cost from the get-go. We work together to manage expectations and achieve the very best home for the price.
During the building process, a record of all expenses is kept in a notebook which is shared regularly with clients. This helps all parties to stick to the written budget. It also creates transparency and honesty.
One of the major indicators of cost is the lot. Location and size of the lot determines a significant piece of the budget. Current, growing areas we are building in include: Shallowater, south Lubbock (Lubbock Cooper ISD): South Fork, Abbey Glenn, The Trails, and west Lubbock (Frenship ISD). We are happy to serve any area within 60 miles of Lubbock, including: Lake Allen Henry, Idalou, Abernathy, Ransom Canyon and the like.
We have homes in a variety of price ranges. We recently started a $200,000 project in Shallowater and at the same time a $1.2million project with over 6,000 sq ft. in Lubbock. In either case, we strive to offer the same exact quality.
